This includes, but is not limited to, violating any laws of your country/region, violating any end-user agreement of any games or software you are hosting (e.g., Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA)). Hosting or distributing pirated content, malware, or any form of copyright-infringing material is not allowed.
Our services are provided as is, and we are not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of our services. This includes: Downtime of our servers or network Damage caused to your servers due to improper installation Potential data loss (it is your responsibility to maintain backups)
We offer various server plans depending on the service term and server configuration. You agree to pay all the fees associated with your chosen plan. Refunds are only issued within the first 2 days of service creation. If you are not satisfied with the server, you can request a refund within the first 2 days. We will be issuing a full refund upon request. After the initial 2-day period is over, there will be no refunds issued.
We provide support for any issues related to server hardware and related to our hosting service. We are not bound to provide any support for 3rd party software, modifications, plugins, or gameplay-related issues that are not related to our hosting infrastructure.
We collect and use data listed in our Privacy Policy to provide our services. By using our services, you agree to the Privacy Policy outlined in it.
